Good Afternoon All,
After what can only be described as a very wet and cold patch in Newmarket the weather seems to have picked up only to be told we are about to be bombarded by Storm Christoph.
Royal Heart and Global Destination are heading up North to take on the worst of the weather and our both set to run at Newcastle on Thursday.
Royal Heart has run well in in both his maidens against some strong opposition and the drop back in trip to seven furlongs we feel should suit him well. He has drawn well in four and the one to beat on paper looks to be the Andrew Balding trained runner. Global Destination after suffering a setback in 2019 is set to make his return to the track. He has been in good form at home and this looks a nice option to start him off again.
In other news our Travelling Head Man Robin and Maintenance Man Nick have been hard at work perfecting the art of Tree Surgery and Landscaping as we make sure the yard is in good order to weather the upcoming storm.
We are incredibly fortunate to still be allowed to race our horses and like everyone our looking forward to getting back to some form of normality.
All the Best,
Ed
