As we head into the winter it is exciting to have a slightly larger team than normal for an AW campaign and they have certainly kicked off in good style, swiftly reaching over 60 winners for the year as the yard form continues.
The start of November saw some notable winners for Paul and Nikki Turner as Intoxicata scored a quick double to bring her tally of wins to three for the year and 2-year-old Bella Bisbee got off the mark on just her second career start at Chelmsford. She is from a family that Ed and Paul know very well, being the younger sister of talented older horse Sterling Knight and this filly looks one to look forward to next year.
Musical Mystery was also able to continue his prosperous year when securing his 3rd win for owners Geoffery Bishop and Angus Kirkland since joining us at La Grange. He has been a fun addition to the yard and we are excited to see where his progression can build to.
Dame Sarra was also able to make a second appearance of the year in the winner’s circle for long standing owners Austin and June Allison. She is a filly that has taken time to mature but is really starting to strengthen and see out the longer trips well.
