Shaheen Saqaar looked tough when scoring for Mrs Dunlop at Chelmsford last weekend. Ridden by Jack Mitchell, his previous winning partner, this 4-year-old gelding stuck his neck out and fought to the line when challenged by the eventual runner up.
This result marks a second career success for the horse, who was purchased by Ed from the 2022 Tattersalls HIT Sale. He has been lightly tried on the turf but looks to be suited by an AW surface and with any luck will be able to get into the winners enclosure again soon.
