Sir Gnet
Good afternoon from Newmarket, where it is very much the calm before the storm! We have just one runner this evening at Wolverhampton ahead of a busy week featuring Glorious Goodwood and lots of runners at various meetings.
The horse in question today is Sir Gnet, who runs in the 0-65 maiden handicap at 9.00. He was second over the same course and distance on his last outing, though he has had a bit of time off since. Given it is his first run after a break, I have decided to leave his usual hood off for today. He will certainly improve for the run from a fitness perspective, but he ought to have a small each way chance nonetheless. Ben Curtis will take the mount.
All the best,
Ed.
