With the turf season now over, we have been busy welcoming in yearlings and hopefully our future champions for the coming years!
When they first arrived, some had been very well prepared for the yearling sales, whereas others are homebred. After lunging, they all had a rein put around them before being driven by our head lads. It was not long before they were ridden in the indoor school and regularly walked through the starting stalls. They are now all at a similar stage and have started gentle cantering on the all-weather.
