BURWAAZ has not won since he broke his maiden at Leicester in May but if Lady Luck turns up at Newmarket on Saturday then she might well decide to shine her light on our fellow when he tries again in the Middle Park Stakes.
It is Burwaaz's first attempt at Group 1 company but Ed said: "He has hit the board in four Group races, finishing in the frame in the Norfolk Stakes at Royal Ascot, the Molecomb at Glorious Goodwood, the Gimcrack at York and the Flying Childers at Doncaster, so he certainly deserves to get lucky. He is a versatile colt and equally effective at five and six furlongs but he has not really had the rub of the green all summer, so maybe this will be our turn."
