Alphonse Le Grande cruises to victory at Wolverhampton to break his maiden in impressive style.
Lining up in stall six, Alphonse Le Grande was paired with five pound claimer, Rhys Clutterbuck. Breaking well, Clutterbuck settled the son of Sea The Stars in behind the leaders. Turning the bend for home, Clutterbuck pressed on to challenge the leaders, within the final furlong the pair were comfortably in the lead and crossed the line three lengths in front.
Alphonse Le Grande displayed a great winning attitude, and no doubt there will be more to come from him next year.
Alphonse Le Grande is Mr Paul Turner’s second winner this week and we couldn’t be more delighted for him.
