CHANROSSA continued La Grange's good run of form on the all-weather when getting off the mark in a 1m2f handicap at Lingfield this afternoon.
The four-year old was given a faultless ride by rider Jim Crowley who always had the 10-3 favourite in the perfect position to make her move.
Crowley tracked the pace set by Sienna Star before striking the front when the field turned for home.
Chanrossa responded well to the jockey's encouragement to come home three-quarters of a length in front of her nearest pursuer.
Being a well-bred filly by Galileo this win contributes significantly to her value as a future broodmare prospect.
