25-08-2008 Listed success for Chantilly Tiffany
Chantilly Tiffany won the Grosser Preis der Stadtsparkasse in Dusseldorf last Sunday. Torsten Mundry took the ride on Chantilly Tiffany. She did not have the best of draws, being ten of eleven, but she jumped well and settled in behind the leaders. She was always travelling well and took up the lead two furlongs out. She was pushed out to the line and won by an impressive four lengths.

Chantilly Tiffany
This was a fantastic result, especially for her owner and breeder Ballygallon Stud. Chantilly Tiffany was second in the Listed Snowdrop Stakes at Kempton in March and then finished fifth and fourth respectively in Listed races. Her run at Newmarket in a fillies Handicap was disappointing, but the ground was too firm for her that day however, she bounced back to form at Ascot, where she finished second in the Shergar Cup Distaff. She went to Dusseldorf in fantastic form and we are delighted that the trip paid off as she has now greatly enhanced her paddock value.
