20-07-2007 Emerald Wilderness wins again st Folkestone
After a comfortable win at Windsor two weeks ago, we were delighted that Emerald Wilderness followed this up with another victory on Thursday evening.
Hugh Bowman was on board the three year old colt and having travelled well throughout the ten furlong contest, he took up the lead two furlongs out. He was challenged close to home but jut managed to hold on to win by a head from Tears Of A Clown.
We were delighted to see him win again but there is no doubt that he will find life tougher now, as he is due to go up 9lbs on Saturday.
