12-06-2007 King Of Argos back in form at Goodwood
King Of Argos put his disappointing run in the Victoria Cup behind him on Saturday, when he just got up on the line to land the Empire Property Group Finale Stakes At Goodwood. It was a strong pace throughout the mile contest and Frankie Dettori held King Of Argos up towards the rear of the field. He was switched to the outside a furlong out and he ran on strongly to win by a short head from Audience.

This was a great result for the horse and we will now look at options for him at Royal Ascot including the Royal Hunt Cup.
