02.02.2007 - Two year olds in Dubai
Before Ed went to Nad Al Sheba, where he saddled our two winners, Munaddam and Tabadul, he took the opportunity to go and see our allocation of two year olds from Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum.
Below you can see some photographs of them in their boxes.

Pivotal x Ta Rib, Royal Applause x Doomna and Sakhee x Nabhadaat
The first horse is a chesnut filly by Pivotal out of Ta Rib. Ta Rib won the 1000 Guineas for Ed in 1996. Ed has trained most of the progeny of Ta Rib including Khaizarana and Esthilal.
The Royal Applaluse filly out of Dommna is a half sister to Mutafanen, who was originally trained by Ed. He has since been transferred to Dubai and was recently seen winning at the International Racing Carnival.
The next horse is the Sakhee colt out of Nabadhaat. He is half sister to Tarabut, who won three races for Ed as a three year old.

Peintre Celebre x Jeed, Stravinsky x Khibrah and Kingmambo x Ranin
The Peintre Celebre out of Jeed is a half brother to Maslak who is currently in training with us and also to Nidhaal, who was Listed placed at two and three years.
We then have the Stravinsky filly out of Khibrah. She is the second foal out of Khibrah, who won six races including the Listed Several Stakes.
The next horse is by Kingmambo out of Ranin. Ranin won four races at three years including the Group 3 Park Hill Stakes.

Elusive Quality x Al Desima and Kingmambo x Penny’s Valentine
The Al Desima filly by Elusive Quality was bought at the Keeneland Sales. She is a half sister to a winner at two years and is from the family of the top class sprinter Patevellian.
