26.09.06 - Ascot Listed win for Wagtail
Progressive filly Wagtail delighted her owners at the weekend when notching up her first Listed win under jockey Martin Dwyer.
It was a fourth career win for the daughter of Cape Cross, who has come a long way since her debut victory on the all-weather back in March.

Held up in the early stages, the three year old was switched left before making her run inside the final two furlongs.
Taking up the lead inside the final 50 yards, Wagtail ran on gallantly to secure a one length advantage at the post.
