The spate of breeze-up sales that have taken place during the Spring have brought La Grange a few exciting new recruits. There have been sales at Kempton, Doncaster, Newmarket and also, most recently, in France.
We have been lucky enough to be sent a few new horses from these sales and a number of them are for new owners to La Grange, which is a big boost for the yard.
One of the colts that arrived from the Craven Breeze up is by High Chaparral, out of Serisia. He is a lovely big, scopey colt who looks to move well and is an exciting horse for the future.
Another good-looking prospect is a colt by War Front out of Emotional Rescue. He was also purchased from the Craven Breeze up sales in Newmarket and looks a strong two year old type. He is owned by Red Cadeaux's owner, Mr Ronnie Arculli.
We have also been sent a Monsieur Bond Colt from the Doncaster Breeze-up sales. He has been aptly named ‘Shaken not Stirred' and is owned by Mrs Susan Roy. He looks a two year old and has settled into the La Grange routine perfectly.
