NATIVE KHAN, our Two Thousand Guineas third, will complete his preparation for Saturday's Investec Derby when he pulls out for exercise at Newmarket on Tuesday morning.
Ed said:"Native Khan will have his final blow-out then, but he is a clean-winded horse and is where we want him. The colt is in good form after his away-day to Epsom for the 'Breakfast With The Stars' last Thursday, and the latest weather forecast is favourable with no significant rain predicted for this week."
"Andrew Cooper (clerk of the course) will obviously water, but we still look like getting the good, fast ground that suits him best, and, though we are going into the unknown and have no idea whether he will stay the mile and a half or not, there is only one way to find out."
