Contributer makes it look easy

Sat 17 November 2012

The eagerly awaited reappearance of CONTRIBUTER was a victorious one when he ran out the easy winner of the mile and a half a furlong maiden at Wolverhampton last night. The two year old had made his debut at Newmarket's July meeting in a hot maiden where he finished fifth behind subsequent Tattersalls Millions Two Year Old Trophy winner Ghurair and Champagne Stakes second and Breeders Cup fourth Dundonnell.
This son of High Chaparral and Group Three winner Serisia, was given a confident ride by Graham Lee, taking up the running over a furlong out and making light work of the opposition to score by two and a half lengths.

It was a first winner in Britain for the colt's owner George Bolton and it looks as though he could be an exciting horse for next year.
